Our mission is to provide a truly professional service that makes you feel comfortable with a strong focus towards clear communication and teamwork between client and coach.
Who We Are Looking For
Part of our coaching mission is to change the lives of as many people as we can; for us to provide clear, unambiguous information that supports you to see real change.
But to provide real change, the client must adopt an open mindset to learning and responding to the feedback we provide. Our intention is to support and teach you how to take control of your own body and life, but for that to happen, we need you to be driven & determined to act; we need you to be proactive and willing to communicate with your assigned coach.

Meet the Personal Trainer – Harry
Harry is the founder and head coach of Precision One. As a personal trainer & certified MNU Nutritionist, he specialises in helping people to transform their body shape whilst educating them around nutrition for life, & how to exercise efficiently for their goals and longevity. He has a particular passion towards helping overcome people’s challenges to achieve a particular outcome: perhaps in the way of working with and around injuries; solving a person’s difficulties to see strength/hypertrophy of a muscle group improve; or overcoming the general day-to-day challenges that people often face and find struggle in.
Harry’s passion for fitness began as a ‘skinny teenager’ who, despite his sporting background, struggled with his body confidence and wanted to build muscle as a result. The problem that Harry found was that despite all his efforts, he found that his results were sub-par compared to others around him. This led him to think outside the box and ignited the passion to learn more about the roles of exercise and nutrition on the human body. This passion to learn more for himself has since extended towards learning for his clients: leading Harry to work with some of the leading experts in the fitness industry to refine his practice: M10 Fitness – Mark Coles & Dan Smith; Integra Education – Michael Goulden; Fitness Rebels – Nick Daniels; & MNU Nutrition to name a few.
Harry has worked with hundreds of individuals to coach them towards achieving their health and fitness goals. Not only that, like all our coaches, he practises what he preaches & has experiences that include building muscle, losing body fat, overcoming injuries, and transforming his body for the purpose of a photoshoot.

Meet the Personal Trainer – James
As a previous client of Harry’s at Precision One, James has experienced the P1 Coaching service first hand and has transformed his mind and body throughout his own personal training journey. Having been through this experience, James is well-equipped to understand and relate to his clients’ coaching experience, and is highly motivated and passionate about optimising the exercise experience to support those he works with.
James has a wide variety of hobbies and interests, but his main passion is wrestling. He has been a wrestling fan since a young age, and in the last few years has built himself a name within the British wrestling scene: he knew the importance of not only looking the part, but also the importance of increased strength and fitness to deal with the demands of the sport.
Having been on his own physical health journey, he has seen the benefits of personal training, not just in regard to his physical transformation but also his mental health. He has built on himself over time to improve his own knowledge of human anatomy and the importance of adjusting exercise programming based on the needs and movement patterns of different individuals. He thrives on the challenge of working with different people who have different goals and abilities; he has always wanted to help people of all ages and backgrounds to achieve their own goals.
James's personal experiences give him the unique ability to relate to members that may be struggling with training or lacking in energy and confidence, he believes that the key to a healthy trainer / client relationship is being able to relate on a personal level and to collaborate to be successful.
