With over 10 yearsβ experience in the UK and New Zealand, Alex specialises in musculoskeletal assessment, triage, rehabilitation, and pain management. He is also a university lecturer and founder of ABPT, combining clinical practice with education.
Harry Jones β Personal Trainer & Gym Owner
Harry has accumulated over 10,000 hours of coaching experience, working with hundreds of clients of all abilities. A student of the Resistance Training Specialist Group, he focuses on exercise mechanics and tailoring movement strategies to support those with pain or physical limitations.
